This statement provides information about the processing of data carried out by the seller and establishes the purpose and methods of processing, as well as how the seller processes data on behalf of the buyer based on the buyer's instructions. Unless the buyer consents otherwise, the seller can only collect and store the personal information necessary for the seller to fulfill obligations under the agreement. Personal information of buyers under 15 years old cannot be collected unless the seller has consent from parents or guardians. The buyer's personal information shall only be shared with others if necessary for the seller to fulfill the agreement with the buyer or in cases required by law.

The processing of personal data is necessary for the seller to fulfill contractual obligations and serve the buyer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: sales, customer service contact, marketing, information, and accounting. By providing their personal information, the buyer accepts the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.

Information Collected

Stripe:
If the buyer uses Stripe as the payment method in the online store, personal information such as email, name, address, and social security number will be shared with Stripe for credit assessment.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis, storing IP addresses, and visit patterns. The purpose includes customizing the user design for the buyer's use of the website.

Email app in Shopify:
The app is used for email marketing and newsletter distribution. The email address is shared with the app if the buyer subscribes to our newsletter.

Storage and Deletion

Data that is no longer used and created for a specific purpose will be deleted from the Buyer's system.

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on the buyer's computer. The seller uses cookies to remember the buyer's login, password in encrypted form, to improve the user experience, and as part of the buyer's marketing to new customers.

Seller's Store Solutions

Cookies can help remember information, including remembering the buyer as a customer and the contents of the buyer's shopping cart. Without cookies, our online store will not function.

When the seller's store solutions are used with Stripe Checkout, cookies from Stripe are set.
